I recently was asked to create a Rugby themed birthday cake for a 40th Birthday. This was a 9" 3 layer chocolate cake with vanilla filling. Covered with a green fondant and decorated with the Birthday Boy diving to score a try.

A Gruffalo? What’s a Gruffalo? Happy 2nd Birthday to little Bobby! 3 layer Chocolate Cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, Gruffalo figure created with fondant.

For Theo's 2nd Birthday I was asked to make a triple layer Victoria Sponge with Strawberry's, Topped with white fondant and hand crafted fire truck, hose and fire flames.
